I discovered my passion for resistance and strength training about 10 years ago, and it completely changed my life. After spending over a decade in a different career, I realised that my heart was truly in fitness and helping others transform their lives. I first started in group fitness and moved into a civilian role with the Australian Defence Force, running the "Women in Defence" fitness programs here in Brisbane. Taking the leap to pursue this passion wasn’t easy, but it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
I work with people of all ages, genders and experience levels, helping them achieve their goals in a structured and sustainable way, with accountability and support at the forefront of everything I do. I believe that fitness is about more than just physical change—it’s about building confidence, mental resilience, and a sense of accomplishment that carries over into every part of life.
I specialise in transformation, body recomposition, and sport specific training, drawing from my own experiences as a bodybuilder working toward my first competition. I know firsthand the discipline and dedication it takes to reach big goals, and I bring that same energy and commitment to my coaching.
After several years in the industry, I’ve refined my own unique approach, focusing on genuine collaboration with my clients. Whether we’re working together in person or online, my goal is always to be more than just a coach— but also a support system, helping you navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories along the way.
